The Board of Trustees will conduct a special meeting on February 28, 2012, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Grace Auditorium at the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, 1 Bungtown Road, to discuss Police Services in the Village. 

A letter is being mailed to all residents today.  Click on the link below to view a copy of the letter, as well as a copy of the public notice of the meeting, which has been provided to the Oyster Bay Guardian and posted at the six public posting locations in the Village.

At their meeting held on February  9, 2012, Mayor Anand appointed Nicholas Tsafos as Trustee, replacing John Fitteron, who resigned in November, 2011.  In order to accomodate Trustee Tsafos, the Board adopted a resolution that changes the regular meeting from the 2nd Thursday of each month to the 2nd Tuesday of each month, commencing on March 13, 2012.  The schedule for meetings after July, 2012, will be adopted at the July meeting.

The regular meeting of the Board of Appeals, should they have business to transact, was changed from the 2nd Tuesday of the month to the 2nd Thursday of the month.
