Building Department / Code Enforcement

The day-to-day activities of the Building Department are handled by the Deputy Clerk. The Superintendent of Building Department, Michael F. McNerney RA, works in the office part-time.

To schedule an appointment with Mr. McNerney, or to arrange for an inspection, contact the Deputy Clerk.

Responsibilities

In addition to applications for building permits, the Building Department processes applications to the Board of Zoning Appeals, and applications for garage sales, signs and tree removal permits.
