The conditions of this waiver are as follows:

1.) Vehicular / emergency traffic including snow plows and sanding equipment must not be obstructed at any time, especially during periods of snow and/or ice.

2.) Parking is waived for one side of the street only.

3.) This is not a waiver of Section 85-2 of the Code, which reads "...no person shall conduct, countenance or assist in conducting any activity on any street, public grounds or private property in this Village during the hours between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any weekday or Saturday or at any time on Sunday which shall result in any noise which annoys or disturbs any resident of this Village."

4.) Should the Oyster Bay Cove Police Department provide any instructions before or during the event leading to this waiver request, they shall be promptly and strictly adhered to.
