Public hearings will be held on the following:

• Application of Elaine Kawas on behalf of Gregg & Melissa Newman to install multiple accessory structures, which will require variances of side and rear yard set backs at 80 Wildwood Drive;
• Application of James Murphy on behalf of David & Kristina Jacobson to maintain existing shed, generator, and garage, which will require variances of side & rear yard set backs at 1314 Ridge Road; and
• Applications of Michael Rant on behalf of Eugene & Mary Buccellato to install patios, retaining wall, & outdoor kitchen, which will involve slope disturbance and require variance of side yard setback at 143 Stillwell Lane.
